Vicenza and its economy are the perfect place for trainers and tutors who get to know which traineeship chances students and trainees may have in Italy. During their stay trainers and tutors have an overview of traineeship placements and accommodations and they also experience the city as for quality of life and free time, additionally they also come into contact with Eurocultura quality management.
Eurocultura offers 3 different types of introduction visits:
1. OpenDay in Vicenza : this 2 days programme is arranged individually and includes an introduction to the Italian educational system, enterprises visits and meetings with responsible (according to trainees wishes), accommodation visits, discussions with current trainees and Eurocultura quality of management and service costs. This programme is available for more specific fields upon request, for example: hairdressing sector, elderly care, or food service industry.
2. 3-4 days programme: in addition to the Open Day programme further topics are included: economic situation in Italy and in the Veneto, trainees in Italy and Italian skilled workers, innovative products and services and enterprises which are interested in business cooperation. Some parts of the programme can occur in Verona and Venice. Some fields we deal with are interior decoration, electromobility, biological agriculture and construction industry. This programme can be booked for a minimum of 8 participants.
3. Study visit – training course: for one week a group of minimum 8 participants focus especially on 1 or 2 parts of the programme, including a focus on the traineeship’s implementation. For instance: if you want to arrange a study visit about early childhood education, you will visit one of our kindergarten partners and talk with some administration members about previous trainees, future cooperation, and learning contents.
