Eurocultura organizes the accommodation by local householders: they could be family, couples or people living alone. The participants should get in touch as soon as possible with the local reality: in this way they can integrate better into the Italian everyday life, have a direct perspective on the culture of Vicenza and improve their language skills. Certainly, English knowledge facilitates the communication.

The accommodations are carefully selected by Eurocultura: the most important criterion is the interest showed by the householders in having a cultural and language exchange with people from other countries.

The accommodation can be in single or in double room. In many cases the bathroom is shared. The accommodation is on a self-catering treatment, that means the kitchen is at the participants’ disposal, so they can prepare their meals independently, depending on their working hours and their habits. Anyway, a welcome dinner and the first-day breakfast (Italian style) are always guaranteed. Linen and towels are included, while the washing machine and an Internet access are not always guaranteed. Every host will have his/her personal key and will be responsible for the tiding up of the shared rooms. Cleanness and safety of the accommodation are regularly checked.

Mutual respect and adaptability are always the key to a good living together.

As agreed with the sending organization, Eurocultura collects a 50,00 € security deposit in case of damages or violations of the internal regulations to find here.
The amount will be collected the day after the arrival during the presentation of the programme.
Should it be necessary to supplement the already paid fee, for amounts over € 50,00, Eurocultura will ask the participant to pay the difference on site.
If there is no reason to retain part or the entire security deposit, the amount will be fully refunded immediately before the participant’s departure.

By special request and according to availability, Eurocultura can also arrange the accommodation in shared apartments.
