„For me it was very important to get to know a city administration abroad and to compare it with Bonn’s city administration. Furthermore, I hoped to make many personal experiences. All of this happened: I have only done positive experiences both human and vocational. I had the opportunity to improve my intercultural and my language skills, to cope personal challenges and to learn for my personal life and my job. I got to know many fantastic persons who showed consideration for me and who were on hand with help and advice for me all the time. I am grateful that I had the chance to do this experience.”
